Now the debate is whether it is illegal for Verizon to disconnect you without any warning or publishing any guidelines. There should not be any data or speed caps (unless they slow down everyone for network management) either. Within the one month the service already paid for, the block C restriction allows user to use whatever hardware and application the user desires, include tethering. But so far Verizon has not been willing to eat the ETF. What Verizon can do to people who tether without pay is to discontinue the service on the next billing period if it is month-to-month if on contract Verizon has to let them out without requiring ETF. Not trolling since everything I said is 100% factually accurate. Plenty of hotspot/thether apps to use if you don't like Verizon's you just have to pay for the service. Using FoxFi to avoid paying for Verizon tethering fee is a violation of the TOS.
